Cloqa is a real-time AI interview assistant. It listens to a live interview, transcribes the question, and shows short answer prompts built from your résumé and the job post. It works over Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or any other call, in 10 languages.

### Is the overlay visible in the interview call?
No. On macOS and Windows it is a separate desktop window excluded from screen capture, and there is no bot in the participant list. ⌘⇧0 hides it instantly.

### Do I need the desktop app?
The desktop app is the real product — it works over any call in any app. The browser version exists so you can try it in two minutes without installing anything.

### How fast does a prompt appear?
Right after the question ends: a few short bullets plus a closing line, sized to glance at while you are still opening your answer.

### How is this different from using ChatGPT in an interview?
A chat needs you to type the question and wait. Cloqa hears the question itself, already knows your résumé and the job post, and answers in a few bullets — no typing, no switching windows.

### How does billing work?
You buy hours, not a subscription. Time is billed per started minute of live call only — setup, résumés and sessions are free. Hours never expire.

### Is my interview audio stored?
Audio is transcribed live and not kept as a recording. Transcripts are saved to your account so you can review them, and you can delete them at any time.

### What if it does not help?
Full refund within 7 days of your first purchase if your first live session did not help. Unused hours from later purchases are refundable within 14 days.
